Abstract

The increasing demand for food production, coupled with a shrinking agricultural workforce, has catalyzed the integration of robotics in precision agriculture. This paper explores the role of robotics in enhancing agricultural efficiency, sustainability, and productivity. We discuss various robotic applications, including automated machinery, drones, and robotic systems for planting, monitoring, and harvesting. Furthermore, we analyze the implications of robotics on crop yield, resource management, and environmental impact. Our findings indicate that robotics significantly contributes to optimizing agricultural practices, reducing labor costs, and minimizing environmental footprints. The study concludes with recommendations for future research and implementation strategies to maximize the benefits of robotics in agriculture.
