Abstract

The exponential growth of big data has transformed industries but also introduced complex cybersecurity challenges. This article explores prevalent cybersecurity threats in big data environments, including data breaches, insider threats, and advanced persistent threats. It further examines mitigation strategies such as encryption, access control, anomaly detection, and blockchain-based security solutions.
