Abstract

Human Resource Development (HRD) is a dynamic and evolving field that focuses on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of individuals within an organization to improve performance and productivity. Over recent years, the importance of adopting pluridisciplinary approaches in HRD has become increasingly evident. By incorporating insights and methodologies from diverse disciplines such as psychology, sociology, management studies, and organizational behavior, HRD can achieve more effective and holistic outcomes. This article explores the role of pluridisciplinary approaches in HRD, highlighting the integration of various academic and professional perspectives to enhance workforce development strategies.
