This divide has significant implications for social justice and economic development, especially in developing countries. In Pakistan, disparities in access to digital technologies have exacerbated existing social inequalities, limiting opportunities for education, healthcare, employment, and economic growth. This article explores the relationship between the digital divide and social justice, focusing on the implications for economic development in Pakistan. By examining case studies, government initiatives, and international comparisons, the article highlights the challenges posed by digital inequality and provides recommendations for bridging the digital divide. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of inclusive digital policies that promote equal access to digital resources for marginalized populations
